Hello! I'm Kate, your local real estate expert! I've helped hundreds of families buy and sell their homes since 2015. Dalton and I currently live on the east side of Oklahoma City with our two cow dogs, daughter Ellie & Addie due in December 2024. It is a huge passion of mine to assist my clients to achieve their financial goals through home ownership and start building generational wealth through owning real estate. We personally turned our first home into a rental, have bought and sold properties for profit & completely renovated + sold our first flip this year. I have a passion for Social Media and truly believe it is the most powerful marketing tool available. (Probably how you landed here)  When not selling, out showing, videoing or selling homes I can be found riding SXS, hanging out with family & friends in the shop, at the lake or reading a great book.
